Customer requirement:
The customer wanted to optimise the production of convenience products with an automated production line and make it more efficient. To fulfil this requirement, Gröneweg developed, produced and assembled a production line. This includes a weighing platform with feeding technology, a distribution system and vibrating chutes with multi-head scales.

Success:
Depending on the project characteristics, up to 100 trays or containers can be filled per minute.

Highlights:
The multi-head scale is fed fully automatically and the distribution system can be removed from the side of the line without tools for optimum cleaning. In addition, the entire line has a hygienic design. Low downtimes, in particular due to the rapid cleaning of the line and the weighing hoppers and dosing chutes using a washing wall developed by Gröneweg, enable a highly efficient and optimised production process.

Time-critical relocation for meat producer

Customer requirement:
Four complete production lines had to be relocated from one site to another at the weekend under high time pressure.

Success:
Four lines were dismantled within 3 days and reassembled at another location, including performance optimisation through the use of prefabricated spare parts.

Highlights:
Thanks to its experienced employees and its own work equipment, Gröneweg was able to ensure an uncomplicated and efficient relocation under high time pressure. With its two company-owned 40-tonne lorries and equipment such as heavy-duty rollers or lifting equipment, Gröneweg was not dependent on other parties. This high degree of flexibility and independence from third parties enabled the move to be managed independently.

Partner for international Expansion

Customer requirement:
As part of its global expansion, a German confectionery manufacturer has set up a new plant in the USA and is relying on Gröneweg products. Twelve Gröneweg packaging lines were supplied to optimise the production process.

Success:
Up to 4.2 tonnes of packaged goods can be conveyed per line.

Highlights:
Gröneweg impressed with its in-depth added value, from development to commissioning by its own employees in the USA, in the manufacture of the packaging lines. The packaging lines manufactured by Gröneweg fulfil the highest US occupational safety standards (UL-compliant) and the particularly transportable design ensures fast and efficient delivery and assembly.
